1kg ground turkey, or ground beef
1 medium white onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, sliced
1 stalk celery, grated
1 cup cracker meal, or bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 medium red potato, grated
1 medium carrot, grated
1 cup tomato sauce
2 egg whites
2 cloves garlic, minced
120 grams cheddar cheese, low fat, grated
- Cut celery, carrot, potato, onion, crackers directly into pan.
- Mix well with ground turkey, add Italian seasoning, garlic and egg whites.
- Form into loaf. Garnish with tomato sauce, cheese and pepper rings.
- Cook until Nutri-Tone whistles approx 40 minutes.
- Serve hot from skillet. Makes 12 Servings
